Canadian Field Artillery

The Canadian Field Artillery was a regiment of the Commonwealth county’s pre-war militia. It formed part of the Canadian Expeditionary Force (CEF) sent to Europe when conflict broke out. Eight brigades were formed, fighting in most of the main battles of the war, including at The Somme, Ypres and Passchendaele.
