Royal Military College, Sandhurst

The Royal Military College was a British Army military academy for training infantry and cavalry officers of the British and Indian Armies. Established in 1802 in Buckinghamshire, in October 1812 it relocated to Sandhurst, Berkshire.

The college merged with the similar academy in Woolwich in 1947. It remained on the same site, bordering Camberley in Surrey, but changed its name to the Royal Military Academy.
