East Yorkshire Regiment

The Eat Yorkshire Regiment was an infantry brigade, first raised in 1685. When the outbreak of the First World War dramatically increased the number of recruits, the regiment’s primary three battalions were joined by sixteen other front line, service, reserve, garrison and cycle battalions.
